‘I do not have comment’
whenever a world reporter first called Barboza in regards to the allegations in late might, there clearly was a silence that is tense.
January Barboza, 64, hadn’t responded to Powers’s lawsuit when he was served this past. It had been only after Powers’s lawyer relocated for the standard judgment against him in that Barboza hired a lawyer and began to fight february.
Their attorney, Fausto Anguilla, an old state agent for Bristol, declined to discuss the lawsuit that is pending. Barboza denied the allegations in an affidavit filed in court and, they argue, the statute of restrictions to register a lawsuit that is civil expired.
“I strongly deny these accusations that are fabricated” Barboza stated on the phone in May. “On the advice of my attorney, I’m maybe maybe maybe not planning to comment any more.”
